These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SoulArt (the "App"), developed by JING Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoulArt, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
SoulArt is a creative wellness app that uses AI to transform your drawings, journal entries, and dream descriptions into generated artwork. Features may include AI Generation, Inner World, Subconscious Dreams, AR Display, and Diary.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, with or without notice.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- Certain features of SoulArt require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase, processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscription pricing and billing cycle (e.g., monthly/yearly) will be displayed at the point of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and you will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
- Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple (see our Refund Policy).
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of the drawings, journal entries, and other content you create or upload ("User Content").
- By using SoulArt's AI generation features, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., generating artwork based on your input).
- You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Artwork and other outputs generated by SoulArt's AI features ("Generated Content") are provided for your personal use.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of Generated Content for any particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, and underlying technology (excluding User Content and Generated Content as described above), is owned by JING Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
SoulArt is a creative and wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JING Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
